Permanent Part Time: This position is 21 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to provide coverage for full time staff absences                         

Wage: $30.85 per hour with benefits as per the current IBEW Collective Agreement.                                 
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the POA, Records and Legislation Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties related to the day-to-day operations of the Provincial Offences Administration Office.  These duties will include customer service; cashier functions; data input utilizing the Integrated Court Offences Network; processing of court related documentation and performing court support duties as required.
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Two (2) years previous court and/or legal experience, or a combination of education and experience.  Preference will be given to those applicants with experience in a legal environment, computer and data entry utilizing the Integrated Court Offences Network, accounting practices and general office procedures.
  • Have and maintain a Class G driver’s license
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • The successful applicant will be required to obtain and submit a clean criminal reference check (at their own expense) prior to the start date.
